Last visited in 2008, the trails are nice with some steep sections. There are several overlooks as well. I enjoyed seeing the white pines and wildlife including turkeys and deer. There is a dock by the canoe campsite. The bike trail into the park looks somewhat grueling being uphill the whole way. The backpack only campground makes the park a bit more rustic.
